A Project Across Municipal Boundaries

PROGRAM SITES  2007

 

The Rescue Mission, 96-100 Carroll Street, Trenton.  Residents of Vince’s Place, a residential, recovery center for men with substance abuse problems, as well as MAP clients who have been released early from prison sentences involving drugs. Mondays, 3:00 - 4:30 p.m., beginning February 26. Series dates:  February 26, March 5, March 12, March 19, March 26, April 2, April 9, and April 16. 

Bo Robinson Education and Training Center, 377 Enterprise Avenue, Trenton.  A moderate-security facility for men over the age of 21, who are participants in the Mutual Agreement for Early Release From Prison (MAP) Program.  The program is designed to reduce the likelihood of returning to prison, with particular attention paid to recovery from drug addiction. Tuesdays, 10:00 - 11:30, beginning February 27.  Series dates:  February 27, March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27, April 3, April 10, and April 17. 

Classic Books, 117 South Warren Street, Trenton.  Trenton community residents and NJ State workers.  Wednesdays, 12:00 – 1:30 p.m., beginning April 4.  Series dates:  April 4, April 11, April 18, April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, and May 23.

El Centro de Recursos, Centre Street, Trenton.  Spanish-speaking Adult Education students, male and female.  Monday evenings, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., beginning April 16.    

Notre Dame High School, Trenton.  High school students from Trenton and Lawrence.  Dates to be determined. 

 

Additional programs will be scheduled in late Spring and Fall of 2007.
